The purpose of a pool inspection is to evaluate the conditions of the pool and its equipment at the time of the inspection.

  1. Pool surroundings. Fencing, gates, enclosure, decking, patios walkway, diving areas, ladders, steps and electrical outlets.
  2. Pool surfaces. The pool surfaces and tile (cracks, discoloration, and worn areas) and the coping surrounding the pool (open joints, cracking).

The report will summarize our inspection results and include pictures of the pool with pictures of issues sited. There are maintenance suggestions.
