HOME INSPECTION NJ/NY ( TERMITE ) · All
our inspectors are licensed New Jersey WDI Inspectors and will perform the termite inspection at
the time of inspection.
HOME INSPECTION NJ/NY ( RADON TESTING ) · All
our inspectors are licensed NJ radon technicians and will set the radon test
at the time of inspection.
HOME INSPECTION NJ/NY ( SEPTIC SYSTEM ) · Replacing
a septic system could cost as much as $ 15,000 to $40,000 dollars. Cornerstone use
a septic system professional for every septic system inspection.

INSPECTION NJ/NY ( UNDERGROUND OIL TANK TESTING ) An
affiliated company licensed and certified by the state will conduct
the underground oil tank testing.

TESTING ) · An

water testing conducts all our tests.

conducted by a professional certified mold inspector.

is conducted by a certified asbestos inspector and the material is analyzed
by a NJDEP certified laboratory.
HOME INSPECTION NJ/NY ( CARBON MONOXIDE TESTING ) · With every
inspection a free carbon monoxide test (a $50.00 value) will be conducted on
the furnace and hot water heater.
HOME INSPECTION NJ/NY ( APPLIANCES ) · All appliances will be tested
with every home inspection. Many inspection companies do not inspect these
appliances. We do it, free of charge.

buyer will receive a very detailed professional report emailed and US mailed to

to identify mold and asbestos-like material even though they are
outside the scope of a home inspection.
